Sunday Night Yoga For Sleep w/ Nichole Vesperman

Join Nichole Vesperman in April & May for Sunday Night Yoga for Sleep, an adult enrichment offering through Minneapolis Community Education.


Sleep can be elusive and Sunday night can be particularly restless. Prepare for a restful night sleep with gentle movement, restorative supported postures, and a yoga nidra guided meditation. This is offered in partnership between One Yoga and Jefferson Community School.


This course will be online via Zoom.

Dates: Sundays, Apr 18-May 9, 2021, 8:45-9:45pm
