Sept 9: Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture for Grief

Stephanie Schultz

Grief and loss impact us in a myriad of emotional, physical, and mental ways. In this workshop, Dallas Rising and Dr. Cassandra Rose will combine the power of restorative yoga with traditional Chinese medicine techniques, such as acupuncture, to support those who are currently grieving and healing.

Dr. Cassandra Rose: After earning her Master’s degree in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine she went on to study in the Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program at the California Institute of Integral Studies before moving to the Twin Cities. Dr. Cassandra then completed her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with Pacific College of Health and Science after getting her practice in Minnesota off the ground. She has completed clinical internships in Family Medicine, TCM Oncology, and Macular Regeneration.
