Celebrate Mother's Day with a special Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga class tailored especially for expectant and new birthing parents. Guided by Sarah Lillian, indulge in gentle poses to promote relaxation and connection with your baby, strengthening movements to restore energy and build strength. In a warm, supportive environment, embrace the journey of motherhood and connect with other mothers. Honor yourself this Mother's Day with the gift of self-care and rejuvenation.


Sarah Lillian has been teaching yoga since 2015 and began offering specialized prenatal and postnatal yoga in 2019. She is drawn to Hatha and Yin style yoga, and often learns from and is inspired by Iyengar and Vinyasa teachers. Her classes encourage focused attention to alignment and breath, and challenging sequences are made accessible with modifications and support for each student to honor their own practice.
