Hot Seat: Chair Yoga Practice for the Summer Solstice

Chair yoga is not about sitting. Like any yoga prop, a chair offers formal structure, clean angles and clear boundaries. You can perch your pigeon on a chair, buoy your lower body in a backbend. Join us in a 90-minute interactive exploration of rigorous and restorative poses framed on, over, under, and around a yoga chair.

This is a hybrid workshop with the option to take it in-person at the One Yoga studio, 2637 27th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55406, or livestream it online via Zoom. Online pre-registration is required. For the livestream option, you will receive the Zoom link one hour prior to the start of the workshop.

This workshop is priced on a sliding scale to support folks who would like to attend but may not have the financial means to do so. Choose an amount that feels right for you.
