Surya Shakti is an ancient yogic practice designed as a complete process to cultivate physical fitness and strength. “Surya” means “Sun” and “Shakti” means “energy.” If you can do 108 cycles of Surya Shakti daily, you will be fit; you do not need any other exercise. Surya Shakti is a variation from Surya Kriya. Surya Shakti has more focus on physical fitness, speed, and it generates enormous amounts of energy through the process.
