Tailored for caregivers' unique needs, this class provides a peaceful haven to replenish energy and promote overall well-being. This session is for anyone who identifies as a caregiver: whether that’s professionally, personally, or informally. You could be a caregiver to children, parents, siblings, or animals. You could care for someone of any age or ability. You could be a conservator, guardian, neighbor, adult child, chaplain, clergy member, healthcare worker, teacher, mental health professional, social worker, AHRMS worker, foster parent or etc. Basically, if you are at all responsible for someone else’s well-being, this is for you.
