How was your summer, nathaniel?
"In February, I planned to take the summer off to travel and deepen relationship to my wellness practices but like many of us, I didn’t know the world was changing. This summer I really leaned into that change energy and started co-organizing a mutual aid group here in mpls (pantry, carekits, & money) called Cocoa Butta Futures. I’m stoked to be coming back to leading “in-class” yoga and slightly even more excited for it to be hoodie & hot cocoa weather!"
