Class Schedule...July-August 2010
Our classes are ongoing. You may drop-in at any time. There is always room, and we have mats available for your use. Click on class titles to view class description. Please choose classes appropriate for your experience and fitness level.
Class Levels
0 = Minimal movement. All levels welcome.
1 = For students new to yoga and those desiring a low intensity practice.
2 = For students with 3+ months of yoga practice and those desiring a moderate intensity practice.
3 = For students with a strong yoga practice ready to explore advanced variations of postures.
