Class Levels

The number next to each class title on the Class Schedule page indicates the level of challenge and intensity.

0 = Minimal movement. All levels welcome.
1 = For students new to yoga and those desiring a low intensity practice.
2 = For students with 3+ months of yoga practice and those desiring a moderate intensity practice.
3 = For students with a strong yoga practice ready to explore advanced variations of postures.
